1. Overview
These terms and conditions govern your use of the website thegrandplan.com.au ("the Site") and the purchase of products and services offered by The Grand Plan ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Delivery
Digital Products
Digital products (Digital Book, Audio Book, training plans) are delivered electronically via email after payment is confirmed. Digital Book access is provided via a shared Google Sheet link. Audio Book access is provided via a download link. Training plans are delivered as digital documents via email.
Physical Products
Physical products (Print Book, Green Maps) are produced on demand and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
App Subscriptions & Trials
Product purchases may include a complimentary trial of the Golf Stats app at stats.thegrandplan.com.au. Trial activation codes are provided after checkout and expire 30 days after issue if not redeemed. App subscriptions are managed separately through the app platform.
3. Pricing
All prices on the Site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). A 3% processing fee applies to all transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
4. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are single-use and apply to the order total at checkout. Codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time. Codes have no cash value.
5. Refunds & Returns
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted (e.g. the Google Sheet has been shared or the download link has been sent).
Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thegrandplan.com.au. We will arrange a return or exchange at our discretion. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty.
App Subscriptions
App subscription refunds are handled through the app platform at stats.thegrandplan.com.au. Contact us for assistance with subscription queries.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Grand Plan and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Grand Plan provides golf education and training products. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in golf scores, handicap, or performance. Products are provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
