FAQ

How do I get my students onto the platform?
Generate an invite link in your coach dashboard (single or bulk: paste an email list). Send it however you like: text, email, DM. When your student signs up through the link, the coaching relationship is created automatically. No approval step on your end.
What if my students are already on another platform?
They start fresh with you here. Every round they log feeds a strokes-gained breakdown you can coach against, so the picture builds quickly as they play.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. Cancel from your coach account through Stripe’s customer portal. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Does the white-label experience really look like my brand?
On Starter, your logo and colours appear on every student screen (the web address stays on ours).
Do my students need to pay anything?
They can start free: no card, 3 rounds a month and the Leak Finder after one round. Students who want everything in the app (unlimited rounds, strokes gained, practice tests) join the Break-90 Season Pass themselves. Your coach plan covers your coaching tools, not your students’ subscriptions.
What happens to student data if I cancel?
Students keep their account and all their logged data. They just stop sharing new rounds with you, and their existing history stays private to them.
