Shot Tracking Questions

Does GPS shot tracking drain my battery?
We've optimized GPS usage to minimize battery drain. Most phones can track a full 18-hole round using less than 30% battery.
Do I need cell service for GPS tracking?
No! GPS uses satellites, not cell towers. Track shots anywhere, even courses with no cell service. Data syncs when you're back online.
How accurate is GPS shot tracking?
GPS is typically accurate to within 3-5 yards. This is more than sufficient for building club distances and analyzing patterns.
Can I edit shot locations if GPS is off?
Yes! Manually adjust any shot location on the map if GPS marked it incorrectly. Ensures your data stays accurate.
Does it work on any golf course?
Yes! Unlike rangefinder apps needing course maps, GPS shot tracking works anywhere. Play a new course? Track every shot.
Can I see shot maps for past rounds?
Absolutely! View shot maps for any round you've tracked. Great for reviewing strategy and learning from past rounds.
